Creator terms
Relationship to other policies
These Creator Terms supplement our Terms of use and Privacy policy. Capitalized terms used here have the meanings given in the Terms of use unless defined below.
By creating or maintaining a creator profile on FanHuntly, you agree to these Creator Terms in addition to the general Terms.
Eligibility and representations
You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you are registering on your own behalf (or with documented authority for an entity subject to KYB), and that information you provide is accurate.
You represent that you own or have all licenses, releases, and permissions needed for any preview media, biography text, and trademarks displayed on your profile.
Preview content hosted on FanHuntly
Subject to product limits and moderation, you may upload materials that we host for discovery purposes, including:
- One profile photo (avatar);
- Up to eight gallery photos for preview;
- Optionally one preview video with a maximum duration of 60 seconds.
Full-length content, subscriptions, paywalled media, and commerce generally occur on linked platforms—not on FanHuntly. See the Content notice.
Outbound links and off-platform activity
You are solely responsible for links you provide to third-party sites (for example subscription or social platforms). You must comply with those platforms’ terms and acceptable-use policies. We do not guarantee uptime, payout timing, or moderation decisions on external services.
Tips, FanCa$h, and payouts
Receiving tips
Fans may send you FanCa$h tips when tips are enabled. Tips are recorded in our ledger and may become eligible for withdrawal according to rules in effect for your account and the platform economy settings.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals of eligible tip balances (when offered) are subject to minimum balance thresholds (for example, currently equivalent to 100 FanCa$h in eligible credit before a payout request may succeed), frequency limits (for example, at most one withdrawal request per calendar month stated in UTC), identity verification under our KYC / KYB policies, and successful payout processing by third-party providers. USD estimates shown in dashboard tools apply your account’s FanCa$h-to-USD conversion rate (a default rate may apply until individualized pricing is configured).
Taxes and fees
You are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes on amounts you receive. Bank or processor fees, FX spreads, or network charges may reduce net settlement amounts; those costs are generally borne by you unless mandatory law says otherwise.
Chargebacks and adjustments
If payments underlying FanCa$h are charged back or reversed, we may offset or adjust balances consistent with our ledger rules and the general Terms.
Visibility products
Boosts, featured placements, and auctions influence ordering or highlighting when those programs run. They do not guarantee ranking dominance, audience size, or revenue. Purchases follow in-product pricing validated on the server; boost time that has already started may not be refundable.
Reviews and community signals
You agree not to solicit fake reviews, coordinate abusive voting, or mislead users about your popularity. Reviews and votes reflect community opinion—not our endorsement. We may remove suspected manipulation or abusive content.
Content standards
Preview materials and public profile text must comply with the prohibited-conduct sections of our Terms of use, including prohibitions on exploitation of minors, bestiality, hate content, and illegal activity. Serious violations may trigger permanent bans and referral to authorities.
