Purpose
This Content Notice explains what FanHuntly stores on its own systems versus what lives on external platforms. Read it alongside our Terms of use, Creator terms, and Privacy policy.
Preview-only hosting
FanHuntly operates as an adults-only discovery layer with rankings and promotional mechanics. Unless we expressly launch additional formats in the product, we host only limited preview materials you upload for profile display—not full-length commercial releases, subscription feeds, or archives that remain on creator-focused platforms you link to.
Technical limits (current product design)
Images
- One profile photo (avatar).
- Up to eight photos in the preview gallery.
Video
At most one optional preview video. Where the feature is enabled, uploads are subject to a maximum duration of 60 seconds and other processing rules enforced by our servers.
Your responsibilities
You must ensure you have sufficient rights to upload preview media, that subjects depicted consented where required, and that materials comply with laws applicable to adult content in your region (including record-keeping or labelling duties where they apply to you). You must not use previews to circumvent bans on illegal material described in our Terms.
Third-party platforms
Links on your profile may direct visitors to services operated by others. We do not control those environments, payment flows, or moderation outcomes. Disputes regarding purchases off FanHuntly should be directed to the relevant platform or payment provider.
Enforcement
We may remove preview media, disable profiles, or escalate matters when we detect policy breaches or legal risk. Contact contact@fanhuntly.com for rights-related requests or appeals where offered.
